We are so glad you have chosen Loring Heights for your new home! We look forward to meeting you.

Please find information about our Neighborhood Association, ways to connect, and how to stay up to date on happenings in Lorings Heights below.

Loring Heights has a Neighborhood Association that is comprised of eleven volunteers. This group formulates, disseminates, and pursues a community program for the betterment of Loring Heights and members of the Association. We have sub-committees for social events, managing our Parks, as well as Transportation projects. If you would like to join a sub-committee or contact the board with any general questions or feedback, please send us an e-mail.

The Board utilizes an email list to share information and communicate with the neighborhood. If you would like to be on this list, please sign-up through our Newsletter Signup.

We have an active Loring Heights Neighborhood Association Facebook group that you can join to connect with your neighbors.

Lastly, we hope you will become a member of the Loring Heights Neighborhood Association through voluntary annual dues. Dues for Membership in the Loring Heights Neighborhood Association are $150 per year, per household. Dues are accepted throughout the year. The Resident Membership help funds many things around Loring Heights, such as monthly maintenance of the Park, Duck Pond area, and Greenspace. Dues also help pay for Social events held throughout the year, including our annual Holiday Party. If you would like, you can join through our Dues & Membership page.
