About the event
Hi Neighbors,
Please join us on October 31st at 5pm for the annual Loring Heights Halloween Block Party!
Just like last year, we’ll plan to close down Hascall Rd from the corner of Loring Dr/Hascall Rd to the curve on upper Hascall Rd (at 540 Hascall). The road will be closed from 5-9 PM, providing a safe, car-free space for trick-or-treaters and other pedestrians. Cross streets (Steele Dr and Loring Dr) will remain open.
